At Jenzee, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.


How Do I Return an Item?

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original packaging with tags (where applicable)

  • Be in the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Return Approval & Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Jenzee is not responsible for items lost in transit


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, underwear, lingerie, or sleepwear once opened

  • Used or worn fashion items

  • Beauty or personal care accessories once opened

  • Tech accessories showing signs of use or damage

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund or store credit (as applicable)


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned in unsellable condition


Order Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund

  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this policy
